The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December.

I have root admin access so I believe I should have full visibility, but I'm not able to see what account-level permissions a user has when I go to the Admin > People page. Where can I find this? I need to know who has what access.

@GraceStephens23 You can run a provisioning report to discover what users have admin roles. Open the Settings > Reports tab for your account, click Configure for Provisioning, check the box for Admin CSV and run the report. You will receive an email notification when the report is available for download.
