How do you unsend a canvas message

I accidentally sent a message in canvas to my teacher and I want to unsend it. How do I unsend a message in canvas?

Hi @GracieAdams,

Unfortunately, I don't believe there is any kind of unsend functionality built into the Canvas messaging system.

I wish I had better news for you, but I hope having this answer ta least helps a bit.

Click the three dots in the top right corner and select delete.

The recipient may have already received an email message, but the message will be deleted from the Canvas inbox.
