Hello,
I would like to know if there is a way to delete multiple assignments in a group without deleting the entire group. For example, I have daily reflections and I would like to delete all of those assignments because they include the dates from previous years (i.e., 8.25.24_Reflection).
I would like to just select all of those assignments and DELETE ALL instead of having to click on each individual assignment to delete them.
I do not want to delete the entire category because I have other assignments that I need for this year, I just want to remove all of the daily reflections with past dates.
Any help would be greatly appreciated before I click on 179 assignments individually. Please help!

My suggestion to achieve this is to create an assignment group called something like "Delete these" -- then drag and drop all of those assignments to that group. Then you can delete the entire group plus the assignments. I hope this helps!

Thank you, I will do that.
Is there a way to select multiple assignements to drag and drop? Or will I have to drag each individual assignment?
@EbonyMcAllister ...
Unfortunately, there isn't a way to select multiple assignments at one time and then drag 'n drop them into another assignment group. I did a quick search for existing feature ideas here in the Community, and I came across: [Assignments] Move multiple assignments between groups together. I'd encourage you to follow this idea so that if/when it opens up for voting, you'll be able to participate in that process. Please also know that the entire voting process is going through some changes at this time. You can read more about this at: Turning Your Feedback into Better Prioritization and Release Processes: Our Path Forward.
I hope this will be of some help to you...even if it wasn't the answer you were hoping for.
Hi @EbonyMcAllister,
Without doing what you already know or what @Hildi_Pardo mentioned, the only way to do this would be to script something (including searching for and selecting what was found based on search criteria) using the API.
If I were in your situation, I would do what @Hildi_Pardo mentioned because it is a blend of deleting an entire group but only after moving assignments into it that have decided you no longer need,

Thank you, I will do that.
