How to mark as read or complete to move to next page

Just logging in and trying to get a quick overview, but I'm getting a message I need to mark complete to move on from the welcome page. How do I do that?

If you visit the welcome page, there should be a button to Mark As Done. It looks like it is at the bottom (since you shouldn't be marking it as done until you've gone through it).
