Thanks for posting your question.  Unfortunately, this isn't something that members of the Canvas Community will be able to help you with.  We do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or any of your courses.  I highly recommend that you reach out to your instructor directly so that you can get this resolved.  You can contact your instructor within Canvas by following the steps in this Guide:

Just to let you know, in general for narrated PowerPoint files, you will need to download the file and open it in PowerPoint to hear the narration.  Canvas will essentially give you a preview of the file before downloading, and you'll be able to read everything but it doesn't support the narration at all.  If you download and open the file in PowerPoint, I bet you'll hear the narration.
