I have 3 different canvas accounts.
Two different observer accounts for my kids' different schools & one free teacher account.
Today I tried to log into my teacher account and it has disappeared. It logged my into one of my kids schools and my class is obviously not there.
I still have access on my phone, but cannot access my class on the computer.
How can I get logged back into my class?
I am afraid to reset a password bc my 3 accounts are tied to my email address. I cannot lose access to my class!

Thanks. The issue has been solved. I was logging in on the correct websites.
when I logged in with my canvas instructor account (with my physics class) - the canvas system pointed me to my k12 account (empty class)
Canvas was able to point my login to the proper page. I am now back in my class!
thank you, Canvas customer service, for your help!
Welcome aboard @NikiaStevens
If you have multiple accounts you really need to be setting multiple browsers up under different names - otherwise cookies and password storage etc will be in contention.
Two of the accounts are with an institution. They have their own branded login page. I have had 2 accounts for years. This year I started using the Canvas Free for Teacher to teach my Physics class.
On Sunday night the system glitched and instead of logging me into my phyiscs class, I was logged into one of the institution pages as a teacher. I logged out and logged back in - everything vanished. My class was gone.
I can still see my class on my phone. My students can access the class. I can't log into the class from the website.
I would ensure you're always starting from the appropriate login page for the different Canvas institutions (canvas.instructure.com, school.insrtructure.com, school2.instructure.com, etc). Each school/institution, as well as the free-for-teacher Canvas sites are independent of each other, so logging into one will not log you in to the others, and there generally is not a way for the accounts to get mixed together in most cases. I think just logging in to the right Canvas to start with may solve things.
