I'm not sure I fully understand your question. What do you mean by "How can I choose one?" If you imported content from two different courses into a separate course, then it's quite possible that the content from both courses will be combined in some way into the new course. You can't "choose" a course in the "new" course. You'd have to go through the "new" course to separate out the content if that's what you wanted to do.
