Importing Canvas Quizziz

We are having trouble importing a Canvas quiz shared from an different teacher. The import content report under current jobs shows completed, but it isn't showing in a module selected or in Quizzez. However, it only worked if downloaded as a zip file. We are also seeing errors for common cartridge import. Is this happening to anyone else? Any ideas or solutions?

Hi everyone,
If you're running into this, I'd highly suggest that you report it to Canvas Support if you have access so they can investigate the issue. Most users in the community here are other Canvas users form around the world, so we can offer a lot of advice or guidance, but don't have any access/ability to troubleshoot issues like this.
