Importing Canvas Quizziz

We are having trouble importing a Canvas quiz shared from an different teacher. The import content report under current jobs shows completed, but it isn't showing in a module selected or in Quizzez. However, it only worked if downloaded as a zip file. We are also seeing errors for common cartridge import.   Is this happening to anyone else?  Any ideas or solutions?

We are also experiencing this issue. I have been having teachers create an export of the quiz/content they want to share and email that file to the other teacher. Then, those teachers will import the quiz/content.
