Importing Error Notification

Does anyone have any recommendations? I’m having trouble importing quizzes from the D2L zip file. A notification keeps appearing, stating that there are issues during the import process, but I haven't figured out how to resolve the problem.

Full disclosure, I've never used Desire 2 Learn (D2L), so I won't be able to provide much help.  However, I was curious to know if you are following the steps outlined in this Guide?

How do I import content from Desire 2 Learn (D2L) into Canvas?

I assume that you probably are following these directions, but I thought I'd verify to make sure.  Looking forward to hearing back from you.  Hopefully someone with more experience with D2L will be able to help.  Good luck!
