Importing a course without former student work submissions

I am starting a new semester and imported a course from last semester.  How can I delete/clear or import without, the previous students work submissions?

When you import a course from one semester to another (or from one course to another in the same semester), no student work carries over from course to course.  The only thing that carries over is the actual course content.  No student work or actual enrollments carry over from course to course.
