I live in a rural area with very poor and spotty internet service. Also, due to my work and lifestyle, I spend the majority of my time away from my PC. I would like to know if there are any workarounds to download and print course material to study? The course material is not available on amazon or any other source at this time.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Can you specify what type of course material? If it's quizzes, handouts and/or slides hosted within Canvas, then yes, you can generally print it, at least item by item.
Alternatively, if your institution has enabled it, you may be able to download the whole course either as an epub file or html. Note that for these two, you may need to redownload the whole course whenever new content is published.
You should also consider using the Canvas student app since it now has better support for viewing content offline. Here's the guide for doing so on Android and the guide for iOS.

You can. In the top right corner you will see a button that says EXPORT COURSE CONTENT. It will then download the course work from canvas to your files. From there you will then open the file. When it opens up you will see in the top left or right side of the page a image that looks like a printer. Click on that. Then you will click print and you should be given the option to select where you want it to be printed. choose one and select print and WALA
@anthonyg36 I would recommend doing a print screen and saving it as a PDF.
