Why will my computer not recognize my ProctorU extension? Also, how do i upload an image in canvas?

I came across this thread while doing a community clean-up.

To answer the question about images, please see the  How do I embed images from Canvas into the Rich Co... - Instructure Community  guide.

The question about ProctorU is not something we'd be able to offer much hep with though, as ProctorU is a 3rd party program, and the issue could be with your device itself.  As fellow Canvas users, we're able to help with a lot of questions about Canvas, but this one doesn't quite fit in. Your school should likely have a way to get in touch with ProctorU support to investigate the issue in-depth.
