There isn't really the ability to uninstall/reinstall an account-level integration for a single course. Even if that were an option, in my experience it wouldn't actually accomplish much. The way the integrations work is to send info about a user/course over to the tool provider (google), and then that provider decides how to direct the user based on that info. If every single course was broken, I'd say the issue could be on the Canvas side, but when individual courses are broken, I would say in my experience the issue is usually on the vendor's side linking the info sent by Canvas to their own database(s). If this is a course that hasn't started yet, I'd honestly recommend just making a new course in Canvas, as that will change the course info sent to google when launching the tool and probably get things working again. If there are already student submissions and grades in the course, that's not a good option, and I think you would have to try to get support from Google.
