I'd like to ask a few questions.
What does this mean? Can this give a student extra credit if they complete an assignment?
What happens when you try to create a Classic quiz with this feature enabled?
What does this mean? Is it like the pop-up when you complete an assignment? The demo is below.
It's actually in the replies, sorry.

Hi @CallieAlreza -- you could upload your video to Youtube with a hidden link, and then link it here in comments.
Question: Are you a Canvas Admin and looking at these from your Admin Settings? Or are you a Teacher/Instructor seeing these options in your course?
If you click the little arrow in front of the title of each, it give you a description of each feature.
- Allow Outcomes Extra Credit = If enabled, allows more than the maximum possible score on an Outcome to be given on a rubric.
- But are you using Outcomes? If not, then perhaps you can ignore this.
- If you want to add extra credit, check out this info from Pittsburgh University
- And check out this Canvas Guide: How do I give extra credit in a course?
- Disable Classic Quiz Creation = Use New Quizzes as the default quizzing engine when creating a quiz. Removes the ability to create classic quizzes.
- Submission Stickers = Allows teachers to attach stickers to student submissions. Requires the "Assignment Enhancements - Student" feature flag to be enabled.
- Assignment Enhancement - Student =This feature enhances the assignment submission and feedback workflow for students. When this flag is enabled, early access to ongoing improvements will be displayed automatically with every release. For full details, please see the Assignment Enhancements User Group in the Canvas Community.
