Hi there. Unfortunately, I don't think many here will be able to help answer your question. From the screenshot that you have included, it looks like the interface you're using within Canvas is a third-party tool that integrates with Canvas. Generally, when third party tools like this are used inside of Canvas, if there are issues, then it is recommended that you contact support for that particular tool. If you are unable to contact tech support for that tool (AWS?), then you might try reaching out to your instructor or to your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team at your school. Hopefully, someone from your school should be able to help you.
