Does anyone have an effective way to incorporate layered curriculum into Canvas?
Short summary: layered curriculum allows students to choose which assignments they want to do to achieve mastery. C-level are base knowledge (75 points), B-level are more advanced (15 points), and A-level are even more advanced (10 points). For the sake of simplicity, let's say all C-level assignments are worth 5 points. I may have 5 required assignments that I want all students to do (25 points worth), then they may select from a list to earn the remaining 50 points to complete their C-level, at which point they may move up to their B-level, select enough assignments to get 15 points, and move up to A-level. I don't want to give zeroes for assignments they didn't do, obviously, and the whole thing adds up to 100 points.
