In one of my courses, the live video is not accessible while it's live. A classmate and I (that I know of-could have been more online students) didn't have access the first week so I'm not sure if that had something to do with it.

Hello @Kimberly71 ...
Echo360 is a third-party external tool that looks like it can be integrated into Canvas. Unfortunately, I do not have any experience with this product. Others here in the Community may have used Echo360, though. I would normally suggest that you reach out to your instructor about this issue. (Instructions on how to contact your instructor can be found at How do I get help with Canvas as a student?.) Also, I found a support page on Echo360's website that might be of some help: Support - Echo360.
Hopefully you'll be able to get some assistance soon with this. Good luck!
Hello @Kimberly71 ...
I am not sure what you mean by "live video". Where are you seeing "live video" in your course? Can you please provide as much detail as you can? Thanks!
In my course on Canvas, the professors have an Echo 360 tab (listed with other things such as syllabus, modulus, etc). For this one class, I'll click on Echo 360, then today's lecture video that is being recorded live but says "It looks like no content has been added to this class." Typically about 2 hours after Echo has recorded the lecture, it'll post in the video in that tab. I'd like to listen to it live so if there is crucial information given that day, I can be prepared, since I'm an online only student.
