LockDown Browse canvas

Hello teachers, we at Saddleback Academy have launched the MTA program and announced that we can only log in to the canvas system through the Application Portal. Now LockDown Browse is directly bound to the canvas official website, we can't log in to canvas directly, we can only log in through the school's home official website, I can ask how I set up LockDown Browse to log in to our school's home official website

Hello @XingchenZhang,

I am not sure if you are a Canvas administrator, student, or teacher but I will do my best to help you.

If you are a Canvas administrator, you should:

1. go to the Respondus website and use the "Admin Login" link to access the administrator area
2. in the administrator area, read through the admin guide
3. based on how your institution is is designed, work with your Instructure/Canvas customer success manager and Respondus Support in order to properly integrate the Canvas LMS and Respondus LockDown Browser together

If you are a teacher or student, I would encourage you to contact your Canvas team and ask for help with logging into Canvas from within the Respondus LockDown Browser.
