Every time I try to log in I get a message saying: "You have already logged in too many times too quickly." I have not even tried to log in! Some days, like today, I can't get in at all. This is past annoying. I'm ready to delete CANVAS and just use something that I can get into. I have called my district help line and they told me that this is a CANVAS problem and has come up often.
Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. It looks like there have been a handful of institutions experiencing the same issue recently. Please contact Canvas Support and let them know so they can document it. There will likely be a fix soon. The more documentation they have, the quicker they can pinpoint the issue and provide a resolution. Hopefully this helps.
Submitting a ticket seems to be behing the login > help menu, which I cannot do, because of this error.
