Media Upload Submissions Broken

My students for an AV class are unable to submit their videos to complete assignments. After uploading, they can watch the clip, but when they submit, they are given the error message as seen in the screen cap video. "There was an error submitting your attempt." This is a major headache for an AV teacher.

Submitting as a file upload is a temporary workaround but this takes much longer to grade and is not a long term solution.

Have you or your student put in a Support ticket for this issue? You can submit a ticket by accessing your Help Menu and "Report a Problem". I would also connect with your LMS admin about your issue as well. Have a great rest of your day!

I have put in a help ticket through the district I work for and they have tried to help out. I believe they are contacting Canvas as well. I do not see Report a Problem under the help menu on my end. I was hoping to see by posting here if this was a widespread issue. I've asked other AV teachers in my district but none of them have responded yet.
