Microsoft sync Integration is not working

We have been trying to set up Teams Classes to our navigation panel for the students so they only need to open Canvas to be able to access all the course subject as well as Teams in one place. I have done everything I possibly find what to do to Integrate Microsoft to my Canvas so I can add Teams Classes to the courses. But no matter what we have done the Microsoft syn never finishes, instead it is running for days without connecting with Canvas. Is there any possible way to fix this problem?

Or another practice from an institution might work? Using the Microsoft Education Integration in Canvas
