I have an instructor who has a couple of courses that have suddenly lost the modules. It's multiple courses over multiple years that no longer have the modules that he has built. I've tried the undelete option. I've also checked the course import history to see if anything has been imported in that would erase the modules and there isn't anything. I can't use the course restore admin tool because the course wasn't deleted. He's put a lot of work into these modules and I would hate for it to all disappear. Any ideas of what else I can try? Hello @DLTech - as you have access and looked into the 'undelete' admin tool then I suggest contacting Canvas Support. That is exactly what I do when we run out of ideas. It happens. 🙃

Unfortunately, we were never able to recover the missing modules even though we tried everything and worked with Canvas Support. If you do have a solution, please let me know what you did! It's as if the modules never existed even though he just had the class in the summer.
Unfortunately, despite every effort, it was a similar situation for us. We were not able to locate any of the lost content, and it all had to be reworked. So frustrating - we had literally looked at it together a week prior and then *poof* off into the twisted nether.
