Moderate in New Quizzes

I need to add some time accommodations for a student in New Quizzes.  When I go to moderate, I do not see anything: 

This is a live class with students enrolled; the quiz is published and available to students. Why aren't the students showing in the moderate tab?  Any suggestions?

Hi Dallas...

Not that I have a solid answer for you, but when did your course start?  How long have the students been enrolled in your course?  Have you checked the course start/end dates to ensure those are all accurate?  Are there any other settings related to your New Quizzes quiz you can pin-point that would cause those students not to show up on that "Moderate" screen?  This is the Guide I found (which you may have looked at already), and I'm not sure that it will completely help.

Thank you for reaching out! We were able to look into your Midterm Quiz and we have found other reports from your school with this issue. You shouldn't see that message if everyone in the course is assigned to the quiz. Subsequently, we would recommend that you reach out to us at Canvas Support by emailing support@instructure.com.  We would like to have our advanced support look into your course more thoroughly.
