Hi all
Hoping someone can help we have constant issues with students accessing canvas knowledge questions I have provided them the link to see if there device is compatible, however its a ongoing issue across most phones and some other devices.
It just constantly says loading......
Is there an easy way to avoid this??

Are you able to provide more info on what you're assigning to your students? Knowledge questions aren't really a Canvas term I'm familiar with, so I wonder if that's what you might refer to a Quiz as, or perhaps you're using a 3rd party external tool? Any additional info you can provide would help us give you some guidance. Without more information, we'd really be doing too much guessing to be useful.

No not 3rd party all bulit into canvas im going to assume it as a quiz

If this is all built into Canvas, there shouldn't be any issues accessing the content as long as the devices and browsers being used meet the minimum requirements. If users are having issues with supported devices, it would probably be best to have then contact Canvas support so they could investigate and hopefully figure out what is going on.
