New Assign Access

I don't know if anyone else has bee frustrated with the new "Assign Access" hyperlink. 

When assigning access to individual students or separate classes it used to be at the bottom of the page and you could just add there.  Now you have to click on the hyperlink and it takes a while to load and I feel it is not as user friendly to changed the dates and times as it used to be.  Is anyone else feeling the new way to assign access to students and classes is not as smooth?  Is there a way you can revert back to the old way when creating an assignment?  Thanks.

I don't know if you visit other areas of the Canvas Community, but a blog post was recently published by someone from Instructure that I think you'll want to read.  In the blog post, it details that the new interface will be reverted soon with a few changes.  So, I wanted to provide you with the following link:

You'll also want to take a look at the Canvas Deploy Notes (2024-08-28) - Instructure Community - 612024 (canvaslms.com) because it appears as though things will be reverted back this Wednesday, August 28, 2024.  Hope this helps!
