New Quizzes Speed Grader

Set up a new quiz as complete/incomplete, in Grades students who have taken the quiz shows a checkmark, in Speedgrader drop down list of students shows as graded (w/checkmark next to their name) but the teacher hasn't reviewed responses. Is this expected behavior? 

It is causing the teacher to have go back and forth between Grades and Speedgrader to validate who has actually been graded. Also, updating scores in Speedgrader doesn't update the complete/incomplete unless you refresh the browser window. 

It seems like many bugs still to be worked out in New Quizzes but all users are being pushed to New Quizzes in December 2020?
