No E-mail Notification After the Latest Release

Canvas suddenly stopped sending me e-mail notifications even tough I have my settings set-up. Then I realized a recent Canvas release on 27th of August and investigated further. I realized that this was the time the issue started. I received notification I supposed the receive before that. I specifically refering to the immediate e-mail notifications. I still receive daily summaries.
