No "de-cross list" button

I need to un-cross list a section and there is no "de-cross list" option after following the direction on the canvas website.

From the Canvas guide: "If you cannot view the De-Cross-List this Section button, you no longer have an enrollment in the original course. For assistance in de-cross-listing a section, please contact your Canvas admin."
It sounds like you might be in that situation - contact your admin for assistance.
