Not Receiving Credit for the 5 Point Pretests

Hi,

My teacher asked me to connect with the Canvas help.  Every time after I take the chapter pre-test, I receive a score but do not receive credit for taking the pre-test.  It shows on my end as "done".  

My teacher thinks it may be a tech issue that is only happening to me.  I am attaching the same pics I submitted to her for Chapter 13's pretest.  I have taken the pre-test twice.

I have taken all the pretests for this course so far except for 1.

Please advise.

It may be happening only to you, but it looks like you have done everything correctly.  You will need to ask your teacher to look into this issue. If your teacher doesn't have a solution, he/she likely will need to contact your school's Canvas Support for help. This is a worldwide forum and we can't access your course to see any settings. That would be at the teacher and school level.

When something is happening to just one student, it is most likely an issue with the student's device or connection. Have you made sure your browser is up to date? Have you tried clearing your cache and browsing history? Have you tried using a different browser? (Chrome and Firefox are the most recommended here.)
