Our participants or Students are not receiving email notification when new announcements are posted. Any suggestions?
None of my announcements at either of the 2 schools I work at were pushed to email today.

To confirm, do your students have their individual notification settings configured so they are notified when announcements are posted?
I have the same problem! When I post an announcement, there is no email notification. I have never had this problem before -- please help!
We've also noticed this problem. I submitted a ticket to support yesterday, and it was escalated to L2 support, though I haven't seen anything listed in known issues.
Hi everyone,
Are any of you still experiencing the issue? I see there was a potential known issue, Editing an announcement but not the "available from" date breaks notifications but the page there indicates Instructure couldn't reproduce the issue. I also see there was an enhancement around announcement notifications and blueprint courses released this week on the Canvas Deploy Notes (2024-11-06) - Instructure Community - 619719 notes.
Let us know if this was actually resolved for your schools/institutions.
