Hi everyone,

Just wondering if others are having trouble with using the external tool OneDrive in assignments?  It's always worked perfectly for me, and now this week, it's not loading the external tool.  I can't see it on my laptops, and the students also can't on theirs.

Can you access OneDrive outside of Canvas? If yes, then it is the integration. If no, then it is likely OneDrive.

I tried on my end. It initially would not load. However, I tried clicking on Office 365 in my navigation. It asked me to login then showed OneDrive. When I then clicked on Microsoft OneDrive, it loaded. If you see Office 365 on your end, you might try to see if that works for you too.

Beyond that, my classes are not to a point yet where we would use it so cannot say if the issue is impacting them.

Thanks for the suggestion! I’m actually using QLearn, so I don’t see the Office 365 option in the navigation. I can get into OneDrive fine outside of QLearn, but it’s still not showing up when I try to use it as an external tool in assignments. Sounds like it might be an integration issue on the QLearn side.

I am not familiar with QLearn, but that seems to be a reasonable possibility, particularly if you can access OneDrive outside of that interface.
