Overall Feedback ability gone!

I was in the middle of entering grades in a Google LTI assignment, where I can enter comments in the Feedback box just under the score for students.  The very next (and subsequent) student, the box was cut to a 1cm height and I cannot enter text into it.  How can I return that feature?

There may be people here who might know more about the Google LTI than I do, but if you are using the Google interface inside of Canvas, I'm not sure if we'll be able to help or not...because it's a third-party tool.  Hopefully someone here might have some suggestions for you, though.  Good luck!
