Is there a limit for the number of pages created or displayed? I created individual pages for each lesson that alligns with the number of days of in-class instruction. I got to my last unit and the pages tab stops displaying pages created on the display. When I try to re-create an undisplayed page it tells me that that page already exists but it's not displayed.

I don't know the answer to your question about page limits, but I would expect if you hit a limit, you would get some sort of message. What you are describing sounds more like "buggy" behavior. Have you tried updating your browser and/or clearing your cache? 

When you say "got to my last unit," are you referring to setting up a module? Are you not able to find the page in the drop-down list? Or are you referring to the Pages Index Page, where all pages are listed?

I'm an admin and we have an instructor and all the students in a course reported a similar problem. The course has 36 pages, but only 25 display on the Pages tab. There isn't a 1 of 2 at the bottom or a way to scroll to the most recent page, other than to re-order the page listing from newest to oldest. 
As an admin I see all the pages, including using "Student View".
