RCE button for buttons?

We noticed a new button in the Rich Content Editor toolbar that promises to add buttons and icons. But nothing appears to change in the RCE. Is there a new feature coming to the RCE?

Can you please give the exact url where I can find more information about this new function on RCE? I have the same trouble that Gregory explains,

This will be a great development. Hopefully the Canvas CSS button styles will be extended as well! We used to use images as buttons on our templates but these are not accessible.

I checked Q4 and there's nothing in there about the RCE. Is this feature still coming in Q4, or will it be later?
