I am not exactly sure what you are asking.  Are you a student?  Are you an instructor?  If you are an instructor, are you wanting to know how to build content in a Canvas course?  If you could please provide some more details for us, that would be very helpful.  Thanks!

Truly, you will need to spend some time online with IT ... it is a process ... did you contact them yet? 

Also, there was some type of software change or challenge - I had to have them walk me through the onboarding and the authenticator ... it was a process.
