Hi there
I am a teacher and I have been using the video recording function to provide feedback to my students. I disable the camera and only audio is recorded. Perfect! Now, i am teaching a unit with group assignments and I need to provide the same feedback to every group member.
What is the best way to record video/audio feedback and share it with group members? Would that be via Studio? How can i ensure only the correct students receive the recording?
Thanks
Luana

Hi @LuanaBittar,
Without knowing the specifics for how the course is designed, if you are using the official "Group Set" and "Groups" features in Canvas, as an instructor you could:
- go into the group(s)
- click on the "Discussions" area
- create a new discussion
- give the discussion a name
- using the RCE editor and Canvas Studio (if you subscribe to it, it seems that you might), create a recording that is audio only
- save/publish the discussion
Creating the discussion in the group would provide a way for students to respond/reply back (either with Canvas Studio or as text).
You could also (if you do not want to provide students with the ability to respond/reply back):
- go into the groups
- click on the "Pages" area
- create a new page
- give the page a name
- using the RCE editor and Canvas Studio create a recording that is audio only
- publish the save the page
Others in the Community may have other options but these are what I could quickly come up with as an option.
