Recurring Events added to appointment scheduler.

I appreciate that you added recurring events for canvas scheduler but I need it to extend to appointment groups. We use it as a sign in/out system during our flex period and the teachers find it to cumbersome to enter every single date.

Teachers will do it a quarter at a time which involves entering 45 separate dates worth of appointments. 

I feel like i saw something a few years back where a school built this out and added it to their instance but I don't even think we have the functionality to do that anymore. Feel like I came across it on GitHub.
