Hi,
I thought I found somewhere a reference to the time releases are applied to PROD on their release dates. Also, how much downtime is there in the system during a release in PROD? I can't seem to find this information now.
Thanks,
Justin

Hi @Justin_Reynolds,
You can find your maintenance window time on the root account -> settings page right under the default time zone. As far as I know though, that info applies to things like database maintenance, not the regular releases/deploys. I don't believe I've ever seen an official time window or anything for releases/deploys (but maybe I have just missed it). It seems like releases usually happen pretty early on Saturdays for us (before 8am), though deploys are usually in the afternoons (maybe between 2pm and 5pm). The What are the release schedules for beta, productio... - Instructure Community - 242411 page does list the days when things should happen, but I don't see any reference to times at all (maybe this is what you recall seeing though?).

Hi @Justin_Reynolds,
The only evidence that I have found for when "beta" and "test" are refreshed is by using the "Statistics" area of the root account and then the "Recently Logged-In Users" area.
https://<YOUR_SCHOOL.beta.instructure.com/accounts/1/statistics
For my institution, it seems that "beta" is typically refreshed between 3 AM ET and 5 AM ET.

Since tomorrow is a "beta" refresh, that is a good opportunity to check. If/When you do, your login will be the most recent.
Attached is a screenshot for my institution.
