Restrict all student profile image change/replacement

We are integrating SIS with Canvas and the plan is to have user portrait images populate from SIS to Canvas.

Is there a Canvas-wide admin setting that restricts students from changing their profile image?

If not, then is there an alternative method that you can recommend?

I not sure there is a setting in the Canvas UI for administrators that would not allow for students to upload their own image.  There might be a way to do this with some custom code, but I am not sure how that would be done.  I spent a few minutes looking through Canvas topics and ideas to see if I could find anything related.  The only thing I found was this:
