Retrieving lost formatting

Thanks everyone, hoping someone can help.

I copied a page into another module and proceeded  to delete the information that i didn’t require for that module.  I deleted a lot of important (time invested) resources (I know!)  I then proceeded  to rename the page and continue on. Only to find that it was copied and revised in both modules. 

I've checked in pages, my browser history and back tabbing to no prevail. Can anyone give me some hope here?

Even so....a cautionary tale to share!
