Rubric for submitted assignments not loading on iPad Pro

On Thursday of last week (June 9th), when I attempted to grade a submitted assignment, there was a blank screen where the rubric normally would appear (see attached photo).  Previous graded rubrics were accessible and rubrics would show up for non submissions (see attached photo).  Sometimes if I log off and log back in 1 will show up and I can grade that one but then the next students assignment will be blank again.  

We originally have been doing all grading in Safari on our iPad Pro with the latest IOS update.  The college IT suggested using Chrome or Firefox, which we tried unsuccessfully.  We even tried Microsoft Edge and that didn’t work either.

If I log in using my ancient laptop computer, there are no issues but the computer is extremely slow and inefficient.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

School IT mentioned that there was a software update on Wednesday (June 8th), if that helps.

Hi @Lisawilliams1 ...

I'm not sure I have an answer for you, but the screenshots you're showing appear to be from your iPad using the web browser, correct?  Have you tried using the Canvas Teacher app to grade student work?  How do I download the Teacher app on my iOS device... - Instructure Community (canvaslms.com).  Also, I assume that you have tried grading from a laptop/PC to see if you get any other results, yet (making sure you use an up-to-date Chrome or Firefox browser)?

Finally, could you please modify the two screenshots you attached to your question?  When sharing images like yours to a public forum, you need to be careful not to display student names/grades...as you would run into FERPA issues with student privacy.

Here are the updated pictures with no student information or grades.  I have tried the Teacher App and I have the same result.  Yes I did try my laptop and there was no issue.  The issue is with the iPad Pro.

Thank you! My Ipad Pro is typically so awesome for every step of the grading process. It seems like a strange glitch between Canvas and this device in particular. Nothing will make me happier than figuring it out quickly. 

I have tried repeatedly to remove the initial photos, to no avail. I can not see that there is an option to delete or edit. If you can direct me regarding how to do remove them, I will do so.
