Is anyone else experiencing this today or has anyone found or heard anything from Canvas/Instructure about this???
To be clear, this is happening when, in any course where I have SCORM enabled, I click on SCORM in the course navigation. Where usually this would bring up the listing of SCORM packages already in the course and the option to upload new ones, today I get only the 502 error.
I submitted a ticket, but ... in the years we've had Canvas, I think we're actually yet to ever get a response to a ticket we've submitted, so...coming here to ask others. 😕
Solved! Go to Solution.
We have been getting some "This website is under heavy load (queue full). We're sorry, too many people are accessing this website at the same time. We're working on the problem. Please try again later." messages when accessing SCORM modules today.

@mlake and @mzimmerman -- Since posting, has this error message cleared up? If not, what have you tried, and have you collaborated with Support? If so, that's good!! We'll close this thread if that's the case.
