I've uploaded a tutorial video for software that has text elements which are difficult or impossible to read at the default lowest video quality. How do I set the video to play back at highest quality by default / on page load so that text is legible?
Thank you
Hello @WCarterMVUSD
I understand you have a question about setting video playback quality.
I was able to locate THIS post in our community on this topic.
In Canvas, it will automatically default to the lowest quality playback setting to allow students to load/playback uploaded media without regard to their network speed and connectivity. I don't see that there is a way to set the highest quality to be used by default. Students will need to configure those settings on their end as needed.
