Shared Quizzes Not Displaying Pictures

My course has imported materials from another instructor in my PLC. When she makes quizzes and shares them with me, most of the images do not transfer for me or my students. As a solution, she's just been sharing the images with me via email for me to use to replace the "image.png" message that appears in the shared quiz. This is VERY tedious. Is there a setting or something that one of us needs to check for me and my students to be able to see these images???

Why is she sharing materials via email? That makes no sense. Have her share content with you through Canvas. It's easy to do. Try that out and see if the images appear for you and your students. So, in order for her to share materials through Canvas, have her use the "send to" function.

She is sharing the quizzes with me in canvas. When she does, the images don't display so she sends me just the images in an email for me to then add to the imported quiz.

We have recently noticed this as well. Quizzes that were shared with me in the past are fine and those images are still embedded, but any recent quiz we make we can't share between classes without losing the images.

We are having the same issue. I build the quizzes and then share them with the other instructor for use in her course. We did this last year with absolutely no issue. Those same quizzes that were made last year and are resent to this year's courses also still load images just fine. It's only newly created (like in the past two weeks) "New Quizzes" that aren't loading properly. 

We upload the image files directly to the quiz using the "insert image, upload image" option, so I'm not sure why the files wouldn't send with the quiz.

We are also having this same issue. The images are coming up as a box with a question mark.
