SpeedGrader: after adding comment from Library, entering a grade puts the number into comment box instead

When using SpeedGrader, if you add a comment from the Comment Library, then move your cursor to the grade box and type in a number for the grade, the number will appear at the top of the comment box instead of the grade box.

This did not happen until after the Rich Text Editor was added to submission comments within SpeedGrader.

This happens even if I'm very careful to make sure that I click in the grade box.

This does not happen if I type in a comment; only when adding from the Comment Library.

This happens whether I'm using Firefox or Chrome, but I've not tried on Mobile.

This is a problem because I have to click the box, type, delete, then click in the grade box again to actually enter the grade.

Maybe someone else will reply back but I have attempted to duplicate what you have described but I was not able to. I would recommend that you either reach out to your institution's support team or go to Canvas Support directly.

I also just graded several assignments this morning and encountered no difficulties with the Comments Library or entering numerical grades.
