Has anyone had issues with the new screen record function for feedback. I really like this idea, however when I select the screen it doesn't show scrolling, not a big deal, the students can follow along as I indicate the question. This would be a good feature to have.
More importantly, it will not let me record the entire screen Canvas crashes. I would like to switch between two tabs with the entire screen function to show answers. Is there a work around for this?

I haven't used the screen record function much but I just tested this in Chrome (recording my full screen). I didn't encounter any issues, so it might be something with your browser or device. Have you checked to see if there's an available update for your browser and/or clearing cache/cookies to see if that helps? Or tried a different browser?

Hi @rpercival,
Since we haven't heard back from you in a while, I'm going to mark @rmartini's suggestion as the solution, as it seems the issue is likely to be a device/browser issue. Please feel free to reply if you're still having issues after ensuring your device and browser are fully updated.
