Speedgrader problems

Ive been using speedgrader for 7 years. All of a sudden its not working properly.
Ive tried two different browsers with exact same problems
and Ive deleted all cookies etc. didnt fix the two problems below
1) When using speedgrader in a canvas quiz usually one can click on the question number and it will auto scroll to that question.
Nothing happens now when I click on a question (see jpeg example below)

2) the scroll bar is frequently hidden so I cannot scroll down to a question (see jpeg below)
Anyone else encounter this and know who to fix it?

Try turning it back to the OLD UX in the setting (under the cog) and see if that fixes your problem (as a workaround).

What is "old UX"?
There's only 1 option under the  speedgrader cog, "grade by question"
