Stimulus Videos not Uploading into New Quizzes

I teach American Sign Language.  New Quizzes have been a lifesaver for me as I can upload brief videos (stimulus) for students to watch and they can select the correct interpretation. I have had no problem with one of my courses, but for another course, the media refuses to upload. I have attempted to record directly into Canvas as well, but the media again, will not load. Each video is only 4-8 seconds and I attempt to limit the number of stimulus videos to 10-15.

As a workaround,I have uploaded the videos to YouTube and inserted links into the Canvas quiz which works, but the problem now is that YouTube limits the number of videos that can be uploaded each day because I only use the free version. 

This is a HUGE problem for me and hope there may be a solution...fast! Thank you. Attached is a sample video.
