Is anyone having problems streaming audio from Kanopy and Swank today, Jan. 8?

If your playback issue occurs across multiple streaming platforms, the problem may be with your browser. Please clear your browser cache and cookies to see if that resolves the issue. You can also try playing the videos with a browser different from the one you usually use to see if that also helps.

Hi @DavidGregTaylor,
Since Kanopy is a resource typically managed by an institution's Library, have you contacted them?
If you have not, before you do, I would recommend reading through the troubleshooting guides from Kanopy at https://help.kanopy.com/en-us/categories/troubleshooting.htm.
If you continue to have problems after that, you have two options:
- contact your institution's Library
- report the problem directly to Kanopy by going to https://help.kanopy.com/en-us/home.htm and then clicking on the "SUPPORT" link at the very bottom (but above the icons for the social media icons).
